The range of a fully charged bike depends on various factors such as the riding conditions (ground conditions, weather, incline, etc.), the rider and their riding style.

GRUNDIG Bike currently has service centers in Germany, France and the Netherlands. We will be setting up further service centers to be able to offer better services.

If there is no service center nearby, we support the customer in finding the nearest non-Grundig bike store for repairs by sending parts of the bike and offering online services.

All GRUNDIG bikes are shipped from the warehouse in Heusenstamm, Germany.

In Germany shipping takes approx. 2-5 working days

In France and the Netherlands it takes approx. 3-7 working days

Total vehicle warranty is 24 months (based on invoice date). For replaced parts within the warranty period, the warranty on the new parts is 24 months, in accordance with the “GRUNDIG Electric Vehicle Parts Guarantee Standard”.
