How long can I travel with GRUNDIG E20 on a single charge?
With a range of up to 50 km, E20 Folding E-bike won't let you down. The powerful 252 Wh lithium-ion battery (36 Volt, 7 Ah) ensures that you can cover even long distances effortlessly. And if the battery is empty, it can be fully recharged within around 4 hours.
How does the GRUNDIG E20's motor perform?
The VINKA RH30 rear hub motor of the GRUNDIG E20 offers you a motor output of 250 watts. This gives you motor assistance of up to 25 km/h, allowing you to cruise through the city quickly and effortlessly. The six different assistance modes allow you to adapt the bike to your individual riding needs.
What is the weight of the GRUNDIG E20?

The 252Wh (36V/7Ah) battery is integrated into the frame and is removable for easy transport.
It can be locked with a key to prevent theft.
Service life: 800 complete cycles (1 cycle = recharge from 0 to 100%). After 800 recharge cycles, the battery still works, but not at full capacity.
Warranty: 2 years. Battery and charger supplied with bike. Controllable battery for greater autonomy.

Briefly press the UP or DOWN button to change the assistance level and thus modify the motor power. Assistance can be set in steps from 0 to 5.
Level 0 means no power is supplied, level 1 is the lowest power and level 5 is the highest power.
Slide assistant mode:
Briefly press the ON/OFF button, then press and hold the DOWN button. The electric bike activates Push Assist mode, runs at a constant speed of 6 km/h and the display shows P (Push-Assist). If you release the BAS button, the electric bike immediately deactivates Push Assist mode and returns to the previous state.

The brushless motor is located in the rear wheel and offers 30 Nm of torque for a maximum power of 250W.
As you pedal, the motor takes you to 25km/h more or less quickly, with more or less force depending on the mode selected on the control screen.
This assistance is triggered by pedaling, thanks to a system of pedaling frequency sensors.

To limit the risk of punctures, ensure better performance and optimum range, we recommend inflating your tires to a pressure of 4.5 BAR.
This corresponds to your bike's maximum inflation pressure.
We recommend checking your tire pressure every 3 weeks.

Press the UP button for more than a second to switch on the headlights. The headlight icon appears on the display, the backlight dims and the icon disappears after 5 seconds.
Press the UP button again for more than a second to switch the headlights off. The display shows the headlights off symbol, the backlight brightness increases again and the symbol disappears after 5 seconds.

Tire pressure drops over time. On average, the loss is 1 BAR/week.
Remember to re-inflate your tires regularly: riding deflated reduces the autonomy of your battery, increases your pedaling effort and encourages punctures.
Before carrying out any work on your electric bike (cleaning, electrical or mechanical maintenance), remove your battery and switch off your EAB.
When wintering, charge your battery at least every 3 months.

Store/charge your battery in a cool (between +10°C and +25°C), dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do not store a discharged battery (1 LED flashing) to avoid deep discharging which could impair its capacity.
Remember to recharge the battery (even when not in use) at least every 3 months to avoid deep discharge.
If you can't charge your battery regularly, switch it to standby mode, even if 1 automatic standby occurs after 2 hours.
