Even if there is no service point nearby, we can support the user to go to the nearest non-Grundig bike store for repairs by sending parts and online services.

All of our orders are shipped from warehouse in Heusenstamm, Germany
In Germany, it will take about 2-5 workdays for shipping

GRUNDIG E-bikes are guaranteed for two years and other GRUNDIG E-bikes parts are guaranteed in accordance with the “GRUNDIG Electric Vehicle Parts Guarantee Standard”.

Problem from the logistics For example: Bike was scratched when received Components are crushed or deformed If you met logistics problems, please send us photos of the demage part, and we will resend you the demage part. If the bike is badly damaged, we will send you a new one 2. Technical Problem For example: I have a problem with my battery or motor I don't know how to adjust my bike controler If you met technical problems, you could contact our service staff: service@grundig-bike.com and our engineer will help you solve the issue, if the problem still can't be solved, we will contact our local service center and help you solve the problem. 3. Payment problem For example: My payment failed but I don't know why If you met payment failed problem, please keep a screenshot of the failure page and send it to us, we will help you check the issue. Within the warranty period, Grundig's authorized service center offers free repair and replacement services for e-bikes.
For repairs beyond the service period and scope of the warranty period, authorized Grundig workshops will provide chargeable services according to local market conditions and repair prices.
