Our history, our promise
The roots of the GRUNDIG bicycle lie in the German company GRUNDIG AG, which was founded in 1945 by Max GRUNDIG and initially became world-famous for radio and television. Today, GRUNDIG's product range has expanded from radio and television to household electronics, car accessories, smart travel and new energy.
In 1988, GRUNDIG made history as a sponsor of the first UCI Mountain Bike World Cup series. This exploration of new territory opened up the relationship between GRUNDIG and bicycles. In 2021, GRUNDIG established the e-bike distribution business in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and Hong Kong, China. From 2023, GRUNDIG has expanded its bicycle accessories business and covered the market for GRUNDIG bicycles worldwide.
