The range of a fully charged bicycle depends on various factors such as riding conditions (surface, weather, incline, etc.), the rider, and their riding style.

Currently, GRUNDIG Bike has service centers in Germany, France, and the Netherlands. We will establish additional service centers to offer better services.

If there is no service center nearby, we assist the customer in visiting the nearest non-Grundig bike shop for repairs by sending parts of the bike and offering online services.

All GRUNDIG bicycles are shipped from the warehouse in Heusenstamm, Germany.

In Germany, shipping takes about 2-5 business days. In France and the Netherlands, it takes about 3-7 business days.

The total vehicle warranty is 24 months (based on the invoice date). For renewed parts within the warranty period, the warranty on the new parts is 24 months, according to the "GRUNDIG Electric Vehicle Parts Guarantee Standard".
