For GCB-1 ebike,it is suitable for people over 170cm in height to ride
For E series ebike, it is suitable for people in height 165cm-185cm

A bike's range when fully charged can vary, depending on various factors such as riding conditions (ground conditions, weather, gradient, etc.), rider profile and riding style.
For ebike, even if the battery runs out, it can still be ridden as a regular bike
Currently GRUNDIG Bike have service point in Germany, France and Netherland and we will develop more service points in order to serve you better
Even if there is no service point nearby, we can support the user to go to the nearest non-Grundig bike store for repairs by sending parts and online services.

All of our orders are shipped from warehouse in Heusenstamm, Germany
In Germany, it will take about 2-5 workdays for shipping
In France and Netherland, it will take about 3-7 workdays
GRUNDIG E-bikes are guaranteed for two years and other GRUNDIG E-bikes parts are guaranteed in accordance with the “GRUNDIG Electric Vehicle Parts Guarantee Standard”.
* The GCB-1 comes with an additional one-year warranty in Germany. When purchasing, please note the specific warranty conditions of your model.

1. Problem with shipping
For example:
The bicycle was delivered scratched.
Components are crushed or deformed.
If there are shipping problems, please send us photos of the damaged part. We will resend the damaged part to you. If the bicycle is severely damaged, we will send you a new one.
2. Technical Problem
For example:
I have a problem with the battery or motor.
I don't know how to adjust the controls of my bicycle.
If you experience technical problems, you can contact our service team: service@grundig-bike.com. Our engineer will assist you. If the problem remains unresolved, we will get in touch with our local service center and help you solve the issue.
3. Payment problem
For example:
Something went wrong with the payment.
A screenshot helps with troubleshooting. If your payment has failed, take a screenshot of the page. Create a new email to us and insert the screenshot into the email. When paying with a credit card, please check the 3D-Secure.
I would like to pay in installments.

It depends on the complexity of the problem
If it's a simple part replacement, it will take about 3-7 business days
If the problem is more complex, it will depend on the processing time of the service point
Within the warranty period, Grundig's authorized service center offers free repair and replacement services for e-bikes.
For repairs beyond the service period and scope of the warranty period, authorized Grundig workshops will provide chargeable services according to local market conditions and repair prices.
