In this video, we test the electric bicycle GCB-1 from the German brand Grundig. Is it the best urban electric bicycle of 2024? We want to find out.

Charging the battery and preparation

Engine and performance

The Bafang M410 motor is centrally mounted and offers a power output of 250 W as well as a torque of 80 Nm. This motor is among the best in its class and provides smooth and powerful assistance while riding.

The manufacturer specifies a range of up to 120 km, although this number depends heavily on the driving style. The tester found that with one battery charge, he covered about 100 km. The battery has a clear range indicator that updates during the ride.
